The Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC), is a global organisation committed to maintaining the highest professional standards and we subscribe to this thinking. We have arranged our best practice principles around the guidelines given by the AESC.
Furthermore, InsightSearch is a member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), the trade body for the recruitment industry in the UK. The REC demands high standards from its members and operates codes of practice, complaints procedures etc.
